SCHNEIDER Electrics is an electrical engineering company which is listed on the stock market. It is represented in 190 countries worldwide and is a specialist in the fields of electrical power distribution and industrial automation. The task of the architects from WENGER.ONE was to introduce a new sense of energy and vitality into the company’s trade fair presence, which up until that point had been lacking in emotion, and to achieve this particularly through the bold display of the slogan LIFE IS ON. With simple creative touches, the desired atmosphere was achieved in accordance with the briefing: the future gates were presented with back-lit emotional images and offered a long range impact, a relaxed atmosphere was created in the hospitality area through the seating elements on wooden floors, graphically designed glass surfaces in the meeting rooms, along with a high level of transparency in the exhibition area through the installation of a newly designed, low level display system. We were greatly inspired by the positive feedback we received from both the client and the visitors.
