A PRESENCE THAT HAS THE EDGE

RÖHM_EMO_MILAN

RÖHM is a major worldwide manufacture of clamping equipment, providing solutions for turning, milling, drilling and grinding. Strength and profile were the two key statements that Röhm wished to communicate at the EMO in Milan and Hanover. The company’s products are regarded as the high-end items in the precision tool sector.

Following a relaunch of the corporate design, the aim was to boldly incorporate this into the exhibition space and to secure the position of the company amongst the competition. A “beam” was introduced as a new CI element – a symbol of the brand values of precision and perfection. In keeping with this concept, sharp-edged polygonal structures were used in the design to reflect profile and product strength within the exhibition space. The placement of a tree in the centre of the stand, served to soften the overall aesthetics of a technological environment – and provided an innovative, ecological twist.
